The Role:
Lead the development of the brand and communications plans
Lead strategic thinking on integrated campaigns
Create customer personas/ profiles that provide insight into consumer behaviors and their relationships with relevant media, channels and other connection opportunities
Lead the Creative Brief writing process (depending on the nature of the project)
Lead the development of customer journey/ experience maps
Provide inspiration and ideas to creative teams as they begin the creative development process; act as a partner and sounding board during this process
Plan and facilitate workshops
Take high-level creative ideas and break them into their specific communication tasks, outlining the role of channels within an idea; develop frameworks that assist in the presentation to clients
The Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 10 years of ad agency/ marketing experience with a proven track record of generating work that has transformed and grown a clients business
Deep integrated communications experience with an emphasis on digital
Knows how to engage C-level executives. Strong capability to captivate an audience with a focus on strategic selling
Proven builder of team expertise; supports the development and shares best practices
Strong reputation for relationships with creative, strategy and account leaders and/ or teams; is a creative thinker, passionate about ideas
Comfortable designing and implementing research, conducting consumer and stakeholder interviews/ workshops and uncovering unique sources of insight
Has expertise in multiple strategy tools, frameworks, and methods
