Description

The David Aplin Group has partnered up with one of our clients, one of Saskatchewans leaders in the wealth management industry, to assist them in recruiting a Divisional Director.  This will be a fantastic opportunity to work as part of the senior leadership team providing strategic direction for the region. In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to lead and coach a team, while building your own financial planning practice.

The Opportunity:
Within this organization,  you will have the opportunity to build your business with your clients while coaching your team of Financial Consultants to develop relationships, provide comprehensive financial plans, and help them achieve financial confidence with their life-long financial goals.  You will be provided industry-leading training, support, and ongoing development throughout your career, while you continue to support a team of motivated advanced financial planning experts. What they are looking for in you:
If you are a dedicated leader with a proven track record of performance and a proactive mindset, who wants to help Canadians achieve their financial goals, then this may be the perfect opportunity for you.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the financial services industry, with experience leading, attracting and developing a team. The Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Personal Financial Planner (PFP) designation, or on track to earning, is required.
