Description

We are seeking a Partner Growth Manager to be hyper-focused on the growth of partners. The role is designed to educate and energize Vendastas partners, in addition to their sales teams, to succeed as the true trusted local resource for digital. Solidifying the long-term relationship with partners by making them profitable with Vendastas Marketing Stack and Effective in their Go to Market execution.

Responsibilities
Oversee growth of partners and 2nd-order revenue of the cohort
Research and identify opportunities that will support partner growth
Work with partners to develop scalable strategies and workflows to prevent churn
Create and close opportunities that will grow overall revenue
Be a regular contributor to daily and weekly meetings such as standups
Understand all offerings O&O and 3rd Party
Work with Vendors to negotiate pricing for Partner opportunities
Provide insight and data to VP of Success on current and closed opportunities
Conduct well-organized training in person and remotely to partners through success bootcamps
Strategize with C-Level executives/Decision Makers with best practices around go to market strategy, implementation & revenue projections

Qualifications
Preferred experience working & communicating with C-level executives within large media organizations
Project management mindset and strong stakeholder management skills
Exceptional professional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to lead and manage multiple projects and execute with a sense of urgency
Strong problem solving and critical thinking with both qualitative and quantitative analysis skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt changing priorities. Applies agile product development
Highly-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a cross-functional team setting
Experience in software, Google Apps, digital marketing preferred
