Hard worker able to work alone or in a team setting.
Must have a valid drivers licence and clean drivers abstract. Must be willing and able to work all days of the week and at short notice. Must be able to speak write and understand English. Wage is based o a scoring system that starts at $12.00 per hour. Must have dependable vehicle to get to compound as some shifts are early morning start times before city buses are running. Must be able to lift heavy items and walking long distances.

- Clean and maintain sidewalks, streets, roads and public grounds
- Assist skilled tradespersons
- Assist in routine maintenance and repair of equipment
- Assist equipment operators to secure attachments to equipment or truck
