Responsibilities of position:
Field and make design related calls
Maintain professional and productive relationships with all accounts
Onsite measures
Guide clients through the selection and design of the custom cabinetry process
Effectively and positively communicate with clients (verbal & written)
In home consultations
Follow up with the clients
Provide written estimates for customers
Maintain clean and orderly work environment
Help grow customer base
Education and Acquired Skills:
Must be able to read blueprints
Proficiency with computers, Cabinet Vision and Microsoft Office, etc.
Reliable, punctual, ethical and have high integrity
Must be able to work in a team environment
Detailed oriented
Highly enthusiastic, sales motivated and result driven
Willing to learn new skills
Strong customer service skills
Ability to listen, understand and deliver customer requests
Strong knowledge of the cabinet industry, technical understanding of custom cabinetry design
Minimum 3 years of design experience required.
