Gieni's Fine Family Restaurant is looking for a chef/line cook.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have knowledge of preparing breakfast, lunch and supper items
- Two years experience
- Certifficates are considered an asset
- Experience in a busy kitchen
- Ability to work in a team enviornment

Cook Categories
- Line cook
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.)

Specific Skills
- Work with minimal supervision
- Prepare and cook full course meals
- Prepare and cook individual dishes and foods
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Work with specialized cooking equipment (deep fryer, etc.)
- Clean kitchen and work areas
