SCHOOL SOCIAL WORKER

Churchill Community High School
La Ronge, SK

The primary job responsibility is to provide counseling and supports for social and emotional needs to students in the school setting.  This is a permanent full-time position to commence August 26, 2019.

Churchill Community High School is a great school with a tradition of excellence in academics, athletics and the fine arts.  CCHS has a student population of 525 and a professional staff component of 37.

Successful candidate must possess the following:
    Bachelor of Social Work Degree
    eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers
    counseling background
    experience working with children and youth
    a reliable vehicle and a valid drivers license
    cross-cultural experience

The ability to speak an Aboriginal Language is considered an asset for this position.
