Description

Location: Estevan, SK and Virden, MB (Southern SK and South- Eastern MB Areas)

Position Summary:
The Field Superintendent is responsible for providing support to the business units with regards to multi-service well servicing operations. They will plan and initiate all field activities and ensure that all field operations are in compliance with regulatory and company policies.  This role will be responsible for southern Saskatchewan and Eastern Manitoba areas.

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
10 years+ industry experience
High school or equivalent
Valid Drivers license
Demonstrated ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines and to handle multiple projects
Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with others to achieve results
Excellent team leadership skills, as well as a demonstrable ability to motivate a team with wide ranging abilities and skills
Strong organizational skills
Must be committed to a high standard of safety, with a willingness to comply with all policies and regulations of the Company and legislation

Special Conditions of Employment:
Field visits are required; must hold valid drivers license and be able to meet site safety requirements
Overtime and after-hours response may be required depending on projects and activities
Rotational on-call weekends
Approximately 50% travel required
