QUALIFICATIONS
-One (1) year supervisory or management experience with knowledge of staffing, scheduling, guest services, cash handling
-Strong organizational, interpersonal and customer relations skills
-Strong computer skills including Microsoft office
-Demonstrated ability to effectively handle and manage conflict
-Knowledge of the spa industry, products and services
-Demonstrated commitment to health and wellness mindset
DUTIES
-Promote TGHS and Sun Tree as a Leading Spa of Canada Spa and provide exceptional Five-Star customer service to all guests
-Responsible for adhering to all TGHS policies & procedures
-Monitor and inspect spa, mineral pool and cafe on an on going basis during shift to ensure cleanliness and quality customer service is being achieved
-Monitor inventory levels on an ongoing basis and receive orders
-Assist with monthly inventory counts for all professional and retail products, as well as operational supplies
-Organize group bookings for spa and pool
-Organize media activities
-Communicate and document with manager any inefficiencies and staff issues
-Ensure effective communication to subsequent shift(s)
-Other duties as assigned by manager
