As part of the local management team, you manage the Parts operations and personnel at the Avonlea location to provide the highest level of internal and external customer satisfaction while maximizing return on investment through parts sales, inventory and expense control. As a leader you effectively engage, motivate and inspire department personnel.
The ideal candidate will have:
minimum 5 years working a parts counter in an agriculture setting
at least 3 years experience leading others
understanding of financial principles relative to agriculture dealership operations and able to interpret financial data
knowledge of marketing principles with a strong customer focus
comfort and knowledge of technology; experience with CDK and John Deere Prism an asset
willing and able to work evenings and weekends depending on workload
John Deere parts knowledge a strong asset
Valid driver's license required; forklift license an asset
