Description

What youll do:
Reporting to the Controller, this multitask position requires strong technical knowledge and experience in credit and collection, high standards in customer service along with the ability to organize and follow up on accounts. You will lead the overall management of the credit function and be responsible for managing and developing strategies to mitigate credit risk for the organization. You will consistently review, update and maintain the credit program to industry best practices, in consultation with team member requirements and program requests.
-You will be responsible for ensuring that all member clearances are done in compliance with credit policies.
-Collection of delinquent accounts
-Prepare and review credit policies to ensure they are up to date and maintained.

Who you are:
You have an undergraduate degree in administration or commerce. CCP designation is considered an asset.
You have a minimum of 1-3 years experience in credit management. Retail experience would be considered an asset.
You have knowledge of ethical business practices and associated regulations
Youre highly effective in project management, prioritization, multi-tasking and time management to meet deadlines
You have demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
Youre honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
