Reporting to the Director, Instructional and Leadership Development Centre (ILDC), the successful candidate will work independently and as part of a provincial instructional team to develop and enhance supports to Saskatchewan Polytechnic faculty to indigenize curriculum and instruction. This could occur in a number of different ways, including curriculum design, faculty workshops, as well as mentoring and support of instructors at Saskatchewan Polytechnic. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering opportunities for faculty and other educational providers to incorporate indigenous content into their professional practice for the benefit of all students. In addition, as an integral part of the ILDC team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the scheduling, planning, development and implementation of Centres activities, including (but not limited to) delivering New Instructor Orientation course (NIO), delivering Adult Teaching and Learning program (ATL), and continuing professional development of Saskatchewan Polytechnic faculty. As a team member, you will also contribute to the development and maintenance of an ILDC Website and promotion of professional development activities.
