Description

The Prince Albert Grand Council is now accepting applications from qualified individuals for the position of Part Time Home & Community Care Nurse for the First Nation Community of Hatchet Lake Denesuline Nation.

Qualifications:
-    Minimum 1 year related nursing experience required.
-    Degree or Diploma Nurse eligible for registration in the Province of Saskatchewan.
-    Valid Driver's License required.
-    Ability to work effectively within a holistic team approach.
-    Willingness to attend training programs as required.
-    Preference will be given to applicants with knowledge of a first nation language and culture.

ASSETS:
-    Previous home care experience.
-    Strong commitment to health prevention, promotion and community development
-    Previous experience working with First Nations communities.
-    A flexible self motivated person who is comfortable working in homes.
