Description

We are seeking a seasoned SaaS expert to lead our Marketplace Owned-and-Operated (O&O) product team to new heights!

As a Director of Product Management, you will be responsible for developing, defining, and owning the product vision and strategy for 5 of Vendastas own world-class, digital marketing products. You will lead a top-notch team of 3+ (and growing!) Product Managers across multiple teams to develop an effective and efficient product management functionincluding defining the teams overall objectives, emphasizing validated data-driven learning, and creating a test-and-learn culture. Last but not least, you will work collaboratively with leadership, development, design, and our Partners themselves to help decide what we build and why we build them.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in engineering, product, and leadership to help establish the best overall strategy and vision for their products and team. They will draw on SaaS experience to drive and guide our product roadmap, strategy, adoption, and overall success. Lastly, they will use their vast project management skills to drive revenue for existing products, as well as introduce new products and features to increase Vendastas market share and help to grow the business.
