Bushwakker Brewing Company is currently seeking experienced food and beverage servers as we are going into the busy fall season.
If you would like to learn about and experience some of the best beer in the province, this is the place to work. REFERENCES REQUIRED
Food and Beverage Serving Skills
- Advise on menu selections
- Serve food and beverages, general plate service
- Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings
- Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.)
- Serving It Right Certificate
Additional Skills
- Set tables
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
- Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
- Balance cash and record sales
- Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages
Work Setting
