answer customer questions about menu items and
preparing food on wok
clean, peel, slice and trim food items using manual and electric appliances
stock refrigerators, cupboards
keep records of the quantities of food used
clean and sanitize kitchen areas including, work surfaces, cupboards and storage areas, as well as dispose of kitchen garbage
clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
reset tables with clean tablecloths, napkins, silverware, glasses and dishes

Counter Attendant and Food Preparer Skills
- Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs
- Take customers' orders
- Stock refrigerators and salad bars
- Portion and wrap foods
- Package take-out food
- Keep records of the quantities of food used
- Prepare, heat and finish simple food items
Bussing Skills
- Set tables
- Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
- Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
- Assist food and beverage servers in formal service activities
