Henderson Cafe@ First Nations University is looking for a positive, hardworking, reliable individual to fill a full time position. Duties include opening and closing of store, food prep, serving, sales, cleaning and maintaining equipment, food organization. Prior experience of cafe/deli is an asset. Will need excellent communication and organizational skills. Must be able to work independently.
Dishwashing Skills
- Scour pots and pans
- Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
- Operate pot-washing machines
- Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units
- Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware
