Southern Plains Coop invites applications for the position of Office Manager. Under the direction of the Controller the Office Manager is responsible for providing daily and strategic financial services to the retail team leaders and team members. As a strong Office Manager, the successful candidate will provide support to the Controller regarding all aspects of financial reporting and standards. The successful applicant will be the lead individual in all accounting procedures. They will be responsible for a team of 5 clerical clerks. To ensure staff are following process and procedures, have developed training plans for them, as well as having regular meetings and reviews. This individual will develop towards the Controller role in 3-5 years.
