We are looking for a service advisor that can deal with clientele in a professional and timely manor and be able to use program to be able to enter information on client and vehicle and as well to bill out invoices and collect payment.You are also required to receive vehicles and discuss with client the issues and concerns that they have with the vehicle and be able to relay this to the technician. You are also required to contact customer and explain the repairs needed to vehicle and be able to relay requests to technician to be able to complete the necessary repairs
