Description

Reporting to the Vice President, Business Information, you will be responsible for leading the team to enhance and maintain the overall performance of the information technology (IT) and security services for our 24-hour, 7 day a week multinational environment. You are responsible for directing the corporate service centre team to ensure the stable operation of the organizations IT infrastructure and applications. In addition, you will focus on developing, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing key areas, particularly network infrastructure, server infrastructure, data communications, telecommunications and cloud strategies. You will establish and maintain collaborative business relationships with our vendors and manage relevant Service Level Agreements (SLA) to ensure deliverables are met in a timely manner. You will be accountable for establishing and managing key performance indicators.

You oversee the operations of Canpotexs international security solutions. You establish enterprise security standards, policies, and architecture, while simultaneously mitigating risks. You will review and select the appropriate security solutions and manage vulnerability audits and assessments. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to share the corporate security vision and to identify, develop, recommend, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.

You are an innovator who is an agile learner and is passionate about improving processes. You have a University degree or diploma in computer science and a minimum of five to seven years experience in IT infrastructure, security, cloud technology and SLAs including vendor management.
