We are seeking a team-oriented, mature individual who possesses exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrates a high level of accuracy who is a resident of Regina or of a surrounding community.
You will be required to provide a wide variety of administrative support and exhibit outstanding client service in a professional business environment on a full time basis while supporting families we have the privilege to serve.
Specific duties will include: general office administration, desk top publishing and photo editing, responding to online communication, answering the telephone, preparing documents and correspondence, as well as performing bookkeeping/accounting functions and meeting with the public.
The ideal candidate must excel in a dynamic and fast paced work environment. Your ability to be highly organized, have excellent time management skills, and approach the work with empathy while under pressure is essential to your success. You will have a minimum of grade 12 education, two years previous experience in office administration and a post-secondary certificate would be a considered a definite asset. The individual will also be required to demonstrate solid keyboarding and computer skills which would include the use of MS Word, Excel and Adobe Photoshop.
