Description

Bourgault Tillage Tools Ltd. (BTT) is a leading manufacturer of high quality North American made Seeding, Fertilizer and Tillage Tools as well as MaxLife Wear Coatings.  BTT is currently seeking an energetic, highly driven and motivated individual for a Permanent, Full-time position as Territory Sales Representative.  The SK Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for a Dealer network, providing product knowledge and support to our Dealers and Producers.  The successful incumbent will work along with other Company associates to expand sales of BTT products in Saskatchewan while maintaining our strong reputation for Gold Standard Customer Service.

Duties
    Achieve a high level of knowledge in BTT product and Agronomy.
    Contact Dealers several times per year including overnight travel.
    Promote products at trade shows.
    Call on Producers to promote BTT products.
    Assist in R & D and implementation of marketing and communication plans and programs.
    Achieve and exceed annual sales growth objectives.

Requirements
    Background in agriculture or experience with farm equipment parts sales is necessary.
    Degree or diploma in Agronomy a strong asset.
    Self-starter with the highest degree of energy, self-confidence and integrity.
    Valid drivers license and appropriate documentation for travel within North America.
    Critical thinking, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills.
    High level of organizational/time management skills while working under pressure.
    Computer skills demonstrating proficiency in excel, word and email.
    Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills.
     Strong verbal and written communication skills.
