Canpotex is currently seeking a Business Analyst (19-17) to join the Business Information (BI) team in our Saskatoon office.

Reporting to the Manager, Solutions, you will be responsible for planning, designing, monitoring and launching new information technology solutions to support our business partners, core organizational functions and business processes. You will gather and analyze information to support business cases, proposed projects, and system requirements. Working within the Project Management Office (PMO), you are responsible for coordinating projects from request through to completion within scope, on schedule and on budget. You provide change management support for the launch of new initiatives and applications.

You are an innovator who is an agile learner and is passionate about improving processes. You have a College diploma or University degree in the field of business administration, computer science or finance with demonstrated experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products. Your background in project management and change management will be considered an asset. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

You will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills and are able to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language. As someone with excellent communication abilities you are excited about the opportunity to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build relationships and work with leading edge technologies.
