Power Dodge Ltd. has an immediate opening for a Service Advisor in Estevan. Reporting to the Service Manager, the position will be primarily responsible for, but not limited to:
Preparing work orders, customer estimates, invoices and reports as required
Scheduling customer repairs and preventative maintenance
Communicating with customers on all aspects of repair process
Creating, entering, and closing warranty claims
Creating invoices and reports, and collecting payments
Customer follow up and satisfaction
Requirements:
Valid Driver's License
Computer skills
Communication and organizational skills
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent phone manner and ability to deal with customers directly
Must be able to multi-task and work as a member of the team
Must display sound judgment and maturity
Must be able to learn quickly and solve problems
