Description

Reporting to the Nutrien Rocanville Potash Mine Site Project management team, the Document Control is responsible for providing support and have an in-depth knowledge of document control.

This position is temporary for approximately 2.5months (Aug-Oct) and is a 10 days on 4 days off rotation position. Living allowance available, if not residing in the area.

As a Document Control at Graham you will:
-Create project binders and file directories
-Coordinating and tracking of Change Orders (maintaining binders, updating logs)
-Assistance with printing / filing of all documents
-Administer reporting requirements and drafting of reports
-Tracking expenses and making travel arrangements
-Meeting minutes and agendas
-Drafting of correspondence
-Back-up contact person for project stakeholders    
-ISO 9001 experience considered an asset

To be Successful at Graham, you will have the following qualifications and experience:
-High School graduate, Administration Diploma or equivalent experience
-General administration experience and skills required
-Prior document control experience within a -Construction or property management environment is considered advantageous
-Good written and verbal communications skills
-Strong computer skills, especially within MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio)
