Working under the Manager, Access Management Services (AMS), this unit is responsible for provisioning access to health sector information and data applications. The Registry Administrator will work with various systems and will be required to develop an in-depth knowledge of the programming content. This role will provide direct customer support to individuals and organizations with respect to the access and privacy policies and procedures. Additionally, AMS staff participates in project planning and continuous improvement as it relates to the provisioning of access to system applications, and often assists in usability testing. Knowledge and understanding of privacy and security practices is required. The successful candidate will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills and thrive in a dynamic high stress, technology driven environment.
