Description

To answer all telephone inquiries in a timely, friendly and courteous manner, directing caller to appropriate receiver.
Duties:
-Meet and greet all customers
-Answer all inquiries promptly in a courteous manner using Royal Auto Group PFD
-Distribute calls to appropriate person
-Take messages and hand to the appropriate associate
-Record all ins and outs of service staff/ sales and managers
-Check all incoming vehicles and handle all inquiries regarding campaign, OAR,updated emails, completions and information
-Book customer appointments using the PFD in AptTool. Drop off before 7:30 for repair and QL process
-Educate customers on our appointment process, diagnosis, actual billing time etc..
-Collect customers payments and issue receipts
-Coordinate mail management
-Do clerical duties, filing etc..
-Keep customer/coffee area clean. Ensure coffee and condiments are available for customers
-PDI new vehicle into inventory
-Complete follow-up call to ensure survey is complete and customer is satisifed using PFD
-Perform other duties by manager
-Must have a valid driver license
-Hours of Work 8am to 5pm
