Facility: PN-REGIONAL EMPLOYEES
Job Description: Reporting to the Senior Staff Development Coordinator, this out of scope position is responsible for the development and monitoring of the regional train the trainer programs including TLR, Violence Prevention and Respiratory Fit Testing.  This position is also accountable for the development and delivery of new hire orientation in partnership with Human Resources.

The position is a full-time position (37.5 Hours per week) based in North Battleford SHNB Administration, requires travel within the Region and the ability to flex workday hours to accommodate program delivery.  
Experience
Experience in the health care field an asset.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team

Required Qualifications:
An educational background in Kinesiology or related undergraduate degree or a diploma in a health care related field or education.  Adult Education diploma is a definite asset.  
Experience in the health care field.
Strong understanding and knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety.
A good working knowledge of applicable computer programs (i.e., Microsoft Office and Excel).
Valid Drives License required.

Able to creatively develop and deliver applicable training that aligns with organizational goals.
Able to effectively organize and prioritize to reach deadlines.
Excellent communication skills.

Expected Start Date: September 2, 2019
Expected Up To Date: March 31, 2020
FTE: 1.00

Hours of Work: In a 1 week rotation: 5 shifts of 7.50 hours
