Job Purpose
Performs accounting administration, processing, and support duties in the delivery of quality accounting and finance services. Provides accounting support activities including payables administration, various processing and posting functions, projects, and general ledger balancing and reconciliations. Assists in the monitoring and reporting of activities in the accounting and finance area as it relates to workflow, volumes, effectiveness, system controls, procedures and practices. Collaborates with other units and external parties in order to meet the needs of the internal units, and the procedural and regulatory requirements of the organization. Provides support for the Finance area, as needed.

Working Conditions
In delivering seamless member experience, this job may require travel between locations and on occasion, work outside of regular hours may be requested. Other duties may be assigned outside the stated job purpose and key elements of work established for this job to ensure we are flexible and agile, providing cohesive member experience.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma, plus 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Working knowledge of financial accounting; completion of a University level Financial Accounting course
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Working knowledge of accounting software programs, e.g., Accpac, QuickBooks
