Job Purpose
Maintains and builds the overall relationship between the members and Affinity; acts as main point of contact between members and Affinity. Performs account openings while originating and providing sales and lending solutions to the member, prepares all necessary documentation, provides adjudication within their limits for loans, and completing sales transactions originated online. Coordinates referrals to Investment Specialists, Lending Specialists, and Business Bankers as needed to fulfill cross-sell opportunities.
Working Conditions
Because Affinity serves members in communities across Saskatchewan, this position will require the successful candidate to travel between Rosthern, Hague and Waldeim locations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, plus 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Industry leading sales ability in growing a book, achieving targets and building a pipeline using a member centric approach
- Experience in making expert product and service recommendations, as well as providing quality member centric referrals to other financial solutions experts
- Experience with using a broad range of digital channels and devices (i.e. online services, mobile applications, smartphones, tablets, etc.)
