Role and Responsibilities
- Handling incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service in English and French
- Acting as a great first impression for this corporate organization
- Respond to enquiries in French and English
- Extensive data entry
- Word processing
- General office duties
Qualifications and Experience
- 1-3 years of previous administrative experience
- Strong English and French verbal communication skills
- Superior customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
