Customer Support Representative
One (1) Casual Position

Reporting to the Operations Manager, Customer Support, this position is responsible for the following:
- Provide guidance, information and assistance to customer enquiries relating to all ISC products and services, including Land Titles, Saskatchewan Judgement Registry, Corporate Registry, and Personal Property Registry
- Handle and resolve customer concerns through researching the required information and using available resources to communicate policies, procedures and processes in accordance with the encompassing Acts and Regulations
- Assist customers with website and other system navigation and operational support to clients using the web based system (Regsys, etc.), including assisting them with signing on and navigating within the system
Conditions of Casual Employment
- ISC's Customer Support hours are 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Working hours for these positions will usually average between 12 16 hours per week. However, as these positions are of a casual nature, ISC does not guarantee a set number of hours per week/month. Hours are scheduled according to business need and may require flexibility.
- These positions require full-time training during regular operating hours. You must be available to train between 8:30 AM 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, for the first three weeks of your employment. This training is fully paid.
- You may be added to ISC's Casual Pool for future casual employment opportunities.
