The Health Information Management Practitioner establishes and maintains the clinic's health records in accordance with department, regional, and legislative requirements. Qualifications: Health Information Management Diploma, Certification with the Canadian College of Health Records Administration with Certificate or Associate Registration OR Registration with Canadian Health Information Management Association (Follows HIPA/CHIMA/CHSA Standards)
