WESK is a non-profit organization that has helped thousands of women start, purchase and expand their businesses.

As a Program Manager, you will build momentum around women entrepreneurship in Saskatchewan and identify entrepreneurs to participate in The Exchange program. You will have expertise in coaching, business advising and program management. Your goals are to increase the number of women-owned businesses, help them to scale up, and support an engaging mentoring and learning network. You are adept at developing relationships with entrepreneurs and are committed to their success. As an active member of the business community, you are connected to many different networks and can tap into expert resources to help entrepreneurs with the services they require to succeed. With a strong understanding of the stages of business growth, you will lead curriculum development and program planning to ensure entrepreneurs receive the right development at the right time to grow their business to the next level.

Qualifications:
Post-secondary degree/diploma in a business or related discipline
5+ years experience working with businesses in a professional services capacity
3+ years experience in program management
Experience with business planning, business development and growth
Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients
