Looking for applicants who specialized in Pigeon Control/Cleaning of Pigeon Droppings
Applicants must be qualified for bird control job that has these following qualifications:
* 2-3 years of Quality Control experience working on construction sites, implementing quality deliverables for improvement and sustain quality awareness across the site.
* Modular experience is an asset.
* Must be willing to travel.
* Excellent organizational skills and record retention.
* Demonstrated ability to implement inspection criteria's and effectively communicate at all levels.
* Must hold a valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract.
* Must be willing to travel.
* Can operate lift machine and other heavy equipments with Training Certification
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Execute inspections on a day to day basis, inspecting work on modular units and work carried out by sub-contractors on site.
* Ability to work and communicate effectively with the project team, subcontractors, consultants and owner representatives.
* Familiarity with a broad range of general construction processes and nomenclature including testing protocols and procedures and general construction observations.
* Participate in Trade pre-installation meetings to verify that each Trade understands the Project's QC requirements before beginning work on site.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
