Melfort Daycare Cooperative Site 1, 2, and 3 are licensed for 105 children and are open Monday to Friday. The center provides high quality childcare for infants, toddlers, preschool and school age children ages 6 weeks to 12 years of age. The daycare focuses on Play and Exploration: Early Learning Program Guide.
The ECE position works closely with other staff, develops and maintains a healthy relationship with parents, and serves as a role model for the children. Daily duties include planning and implementing programming, supervision, daily cleaning and any other duties assigned by the Supervisor/Director. The Melfort Daycare Cooperative is a unionized workplace. Full job description is available upon request.
The current open position is for Part-Time Employment. Monday to Friday 3:30pm to 6:30pm, with Full-Time hours available during school holidays.
The preferred applicant will hold Early Childhood Education level 1, 2 or 3.
