The Banquet Supervisors roll is to lead staff and coordinate services to guests at the highest level of the guests expectations. The Supervisor is the liaison between the Hotel and guest, therefore requires and individual who can maintain a professional, courteous and confident image

Duties:
Supervise, Motivate and Lead staff
Maintain a clean and well organized banquet department
Cover any banquet position where needed
Ensure all staff are following policies & procedures
Anticipate guests needs
Perform any duties that may be assigned by management.
