Description

Degelman Industries Limited is looking for an individual to join our Service team as a Service Lead. If you are looking for a challenge to grow your career, then join a vibrant company in the agricultural manufacturing industry. You would be responsible for coordinating the service department. The Service Lead will interact with customers (dealers or end users) to address inquiries, complaints or warranty issues in a courteous and professional manner. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of agricultural manufacturing, agricultural processes, as well as an understanding of agriculture equipment performance. The successful candidate should have at least 10 years experience in service, manufacturing or farm operations and posses exceptional communication, time management and interpersonal skills.  A requirement of the job will be to have a valid or be willing to obtain a 1A Saskatchewan Drivers license.  Travel will be required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, which includes Office, Excel, Power Point and Access, would be an asset.
