Starting wage for the position will vary by education and experience.  As the Assistant Manager you will work directly with the General Manager to assist with duties as needed.

Check on the work going on to make sure progress is being made
Participate in production meetings, prepare reports and schedule for it

Develop, maintain and improve processes and employees to reach optimum output
