David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit an Office Manager based in Regina. Our client is looking for a dynamic Office Manager who is seeking an opportunity to be part of a great team. The position encompasses the responsibility of the day-to-day overseeing of the office.
The Role:
All aspects of maintaining the office
All administrative workflow associated with the office
Coordination of external stakeholders and information packages
Coordination of executive scheduling as needed
The Ideal Candidate:
A minimum of 3 years experience
Understands that they are the first point of contact for many external stakeholders and as such displays a high level of confidentiality and a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills with all levels of the organization
Effective at motivating and supporting staff
Enjoy working within various teams with varied responsibilities
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and be results-oriented
Must also have excellent MS Office skills
