*Greet customers and provide customer service
*Receive, screen and transfer incoming calls take messages
*Ensure front reception is organized and clean for customer reception
*Communication with suppliers and customers as required
*General administrative work including filing, scanning and copying, preparation of invoices and receipts, receipt of payments, preparation of reports and forms, correspondence and other documents.
*Manage and organize deliveries
*Assist management and parts and service departments as required including general accounting
*General office duties as assigned
