Lake Country Co-op is currently accepting applications for a Full time Marketing & Communications Clerk at our Prince Albert Administrative office.
Primary Job Functions Include:
-Graphic Design - posters,pamphlets and advertising material
-Create engaging posts in conjunction to our marketing strategy, monitor social media accounts, Initiate social giveaways,draws, likes and shares
-Order materials through FCL and local companies ex: Coupons, posters, POP and work with external companies to insure orders are being completed correctly in time line given
-Assist marketing director with larger events for Lake Country Co-op
-Initiate and create a quarterly Team Member Newsletter
-Organizing and assisting with Kids' club events and maintain the kids club member data base
-Scheduling groups into the gift card program and process all gift card orders
-Other duties as assigned as roles in marketing can shift
Desired Skills/Experience:
-Proven experience in marketing and office management including graphic design software and Microsoft office, indesign and photoshop.
-Demonstrate ability to multi-task and adhere to tight deadlines-Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
-Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
-Positive professional attitude; ability to live the Brand
-Marketing certificate and/or equivalent experience would be considered an asset
