Job Summary Under the direction and supervision of the Home Visiting Supervisor:
1) Provide ongoing intensive support services primarily through home visits, to assigned families and/or pregnant women.
2) Liaisons with the community to case find prenatal women and/or parents with children aged 0 3 years at high risk.
3) Utilize a Home Visiting curriculum
4) The ideal candidate shall possess education in Early Childhood and/or a Social Work Degree 5) The ideal candidate will be asked to work independently and to possess the skills necessary to gather input from the communities through community planning meetings.
Must possess a valid drivers license, provide a drivers abstract, access to a vehicle, obtain a $2,000,000.00 business liability insurance and have the ability to travel extensively
Able to work flexible hours
The ability to plan to achieve overall goals and objectives of the program are necessary.
