Virtus Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Regina office. Skills should include advanced computer literacy with experience in MS Office. Experience with accounting software would be an asset. We are looking for excellent communication skills both verbal and written, a solid knowledge of general office procedures, and the ability to work with minimal supervision within a small admin team. Flexibility to work longer hours in March and April will be required.
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to other members of the Firm. The role requires the ability to continually learn and use new skills and to work in a high paced changing environment. As a member of a team, we are looking for those that excel in group situations and are able to accept responsibility and present a positive and constructive attitude.
