Description

Summary:
Were looking for an organized, client-focused team player to join us at Bamford Insurance Group IncThe Co-operators.  Youll join a team of experienced insurance professionals as a client contact representative.

Roles and responsibilities:
Greet clients, and direct them to the appropriate teammate
Process payments, including following up on past-due accounts
Act as primary telephone contact by receiving, redirecting callers and managing voicemail
Act as the primary administrative professional for the team
Build client contact plans and book clients for reviews with appropriate teammates
Distribute emails, faxes and work to agency team

Qualifications and Skills:
Administrative experience is an asset
Customer service experience or related business experience is essential
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills are required
Must be comfortable using Micorsoft Office and other windows based applications
General Insurance License is an asset, but well train the right person to become licensed
We will require  a Criminal Record and Consumer History background check as a condition of employment.
