The 30 Minute Hit is a high intensity, action packed boxing/ kickboxing circuit designed just for woman. This workout is fast paced, fun, challenging, empowering and has been designed for all levels of fitness! We are looking for a few amazing women to help make the 30 Minute Hit Regina a success. Applicants must have a love for fitness and an outgoing, energizing personality.
This opportunity is perfect for someone balancing school or another part-time job. Plus, you have the added bonus of hitting the bags from time to time for that much needed stress release! Kickboxing experience is not needed but is definitely considered an asset. We will provide all necessary physical and administrative training needed to be successful in this role.
The trainer is responsible for teaching and assessing the technical skill of our members while motivating, encouraging and pushing them to achieve success on the circuit. The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes/skills
-Incredible passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle
-Ability to help individuals achieve their goals
-Upbeat personality, high energy and confidence
-Reliability, dependability and trustworthiness
-Interest in building relationships and empowering woman
-Skills in sales and a basic understanding of technology (computers, tablets, social media)
-Must have drivers licence and reliable vehicle
-First aid and CPR would be an asset
-Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends
