The Legislative, Governance and Policy Unit is looking for a highly motivated, customer-focused individual to provide analysis, advice and leadership on legislation, regulations and government decision making across our Ministry.  We have one permanent full-time position and one - one-year term position available.

The successful candidate will understand government decision-making processes, and legislation and regulatory development applied to policy issues. Your confidence, analytical mind and detail orientation will help others to develop and prepare deliverables for various audiences, including decision makers. As a proven, effective communicator, you will have shown your ability to guide and coach others in system and process requirements.

Typically, successful candidates have a graduate degree in a social science, health administration or a related discipline and experience with policy development, governance and the legislative and regulatory processes within government.
