Description

Kelly Services is currently looking for Payroll Specialists to assist our customer base with their current, and upcoming requirements.

Duties:
*Gathering information on hours worked for each employee
*Calculating the correct amount of overtime, deductions, bonuses etc.
*Preparing pay orders through an electronic system
*Administering statements of payment
*Processing taxes and payment of employee benefits
*Preparing reports for upper management, finance department etc.
* Enrolling new hires into the benefits program

Requirements:
*Post-secondary degree related field
*CPA Accreditation
*3-5 years relevant work experience
*Experience submitting CPP, EI, and WCB premiums
*Experience with GST and PST remittances
*Proficiency in Ceridian
*Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel
