Job Description:
- Oversee daily activities in the kitchen
- Order from suppliers weekly
- Keep a running inventory of all kitchen purchases
- Set and keep cleaning standards
- Schedule Weekly for approx. 10 staff
- Make/execute menu items
- Create 641 seasonal menus, daily & weekend specials
- Create prep lists/daily tasks for cooks
- Oversee training for all cooks/dishwashers
- Create menus and execute them for special events ex. weddings, functions etc.
