BEST WESTERN PLUS Eastgate Inn and Suites

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with the ability to work with the front desk team in a fast paced environment. Our Guest Service agents are responsible for Checking guests in/out, taking reservations, helping guests with their needs, customer service oriented people needed. Duties as assigned. AM/PM checklists to complete, assign rooms etc.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, love to smile and exude Prairie Hospitality by making guest feel warmly cared for and always welcome.
This position could cover shifts around the clock
*Strong administrative and organizational skills

* High level of enthusiasm and energy
* Ability to work well under pressure
